Payment schedules are typically structured as follows: 30% deposit upon contract signing, 40% at midpoint, and 30% upon completion. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer and major credit cards.
We strive to complete projects on time but cannot guarantee exact completion dates. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, material availability, or client-requested changes. We will keep you informed of any potential delays.
Clients are responsible for providing access to the work area, ensuring utilities are available, and making timely decisions regarding design choices. Any delays caused by client actions may affect the project timeline.
We handle obtaining necessary permits and ensuring compliance with German building codes and local regulations. Additional fees for permits will be included in the project cost.
